Take action
There are many ways you can get involved and take action on human rights, even with just a few minutes to spare.
This year, our partner Amnesty international is campaigning on four key areas, inspired by 'articles' or statements from the UDHR.
From writing letters on behalf of human rights defenders, to signing petitions there are so many ways you can make a difference to
human rights cases around the world.
Take the pledge: This year we're asking individuals, not just governments, to sign the declaration. To back our campaign and show your support for the UDHR, take the pledge.
Freedom of Expression: Amnesty supports human rights defenders across the world. Use your voice to speak out for those who have been denied their rights.
